Plastic Fabrication Services
Whether you need stand alone plastic parts or combined assembled parts, we have many fabricating operations and experience with many plastics to get your job done. We offer Thermal Vacuum Forming of parts within 24" x 36" overall, with various depth depending on specific part. Our CNC Router can accommodate sheets of plastic up to 5'x 8'. We also offer bending, drilling, gluing and assembly of parts to your specifications. We can also package and ship parts to you or your customer.

- CNC Cutting
- Up to 5'x 8' capacity for cutting, drilling and trimming parts.
- Forming
- 24"x 36" overall size, depth depends on specific part. Forming gauges from 0.020" to 0.25". We make molds in house for your parts.
- Line Bending
- Using a variety of plastics, Line Bending can be used alone or with other steps to provide your parts.
- Finishing Services
- We provide Buffing, Painting and Screen Printing of parts.
- Assembly
- Full or partial assembly of parts to suit your needs.
- Packaging & Shipping
- We can provide you with custom packaging for your parts. We will also ship to you or drop ship to your customer.
